Shipping And Return Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their container product purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  • Items must not be used, modified, or damaged in any way.
  • Items must be returned with a valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process:

We will accept returns only for faulty or damaged items that occurred prior to delivery. We cannot accept returns for goods that were damaged while in your possession or due to a change of mind.

All returns must be approved by us before you can return the faulty item. We will cover the cost of return freight for any product that has a major failure. However, if the returned product does not have a major failure, we reserve the right to deduct the reasonable cost of freight from your refund.

Please note that returned products may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 10% of the original purchase price. This fee covers labour, checking and repackaging of items, administration time, and costs for issuing refunds and cancelling orders.

To ensure a successful return, please return the product in its original, unmarked packaging, including all accessories, manuals, power leads, and documentation that were shipped with the product.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights regarding refunds and returns for damaged and faulty goods. All other terms and conditions will be applied to the fullest extent of the law. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Refund or Exchange:

  • We would like to inform you that refunds for returns will be credited back to the original payment method. Upon receipt of your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Restrictions:

Please note that certain items, such as custom orders or refurbished containers, may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our return conditions.
